Child Safety and Anti-Exploitation Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2025
At Speed Go and the Speed Go app, we maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA). Any content, behavior, or use of the platform that promotes, distributes, solicits, or normalizes child sexual exploitation or abuse is strictly prohibited.
1. Scope and legal compliance
This policy applies to all users and use of our features. We are committed to complying with applicable child protection and online safety laws and regulations, and to cooperating with competent authorities where appropriate. Where legally required, we may retain and provide to authorities the information necessary to support investigations of potential child exploitation or abuse offenses.
2. Prohibited content and behaviors
The following non-exhaustive behaviors are prohibited on Speed Go:
- Creation, solicitation, distribution, exchange, or possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Grooming, harassment, sextortion, or any attempt to establish sexual contact with minors.
- Sexualization of minors, including drawings, deepfakes, or representations that seek to normalize or trivialize child abuse.
- Links, references, or instructions to access CSAM or other illegal content involving minors.
3. Prevention and detection measures
To combat child sexual abuse on the platform, we apply measures designed to prevent, detect, and act on potential violations, while respecting applicable law and user privacy:
- Age and eligibility: the app is not directed to users below the applicable legal age. We may act when we detect unauthorized use by minors.
- Reporting and blocking tools: we provide mechanisms for users to report suspicious content or accounts and to block other users.
- Operational response: a trust and safety team prioritizes reports alleging child abuse, and may suspend accounts, restrict features, and escalate to authorities.
- Limited evidence preservation: where required by law, we may securely preserve minimal information necessary to support official investigations.
- Continuous improvement: we review and update our processes, training, and documentation in line with industry best practices.
4. Reporting procedure
If you notice any behavior or content that may involve child abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately. You can use in-app reporting tools (when available) or email us. These cases receive top priority.

Please include, where possible: clear descriptions, relevant screenshots, user IDs or internal links, and any data that may help our investigation. Do not share or forward illegal material; if strictly necessary for a report, follow the instructions of competent authorities.
5. Enforcement measures
Upon reasonable suspicion or confirmation of violations of this policy, actions may include:
- Immediate suspension or termination of involved accounts.
- Restriction of features or access to the app.
- Notification to and cooperation with competent authorities, in accordance with applicable law.
- Limitation or removal of reported content that violates this policy.
6. Protection of reporters and minors
We take steps to protect the confidentiality and safety of reporters, and act with special diligence when potential child victims are involved. All sensitive information is handled on a restricted basis and in accordance with the law.
7. Education and awareness
We promote education on online safety and the identification of grooming or exploitation signals. We encourage parents, guardians, and users to consult resources from official agencies and specialized child protection organizations.
8. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or our practices. The "Last updated" date will be adjusted accordingly. Substantial changes may be communicated within the app or by other appropriate means.
